From the vine and into the pot!







A few soft tomatoes,blanched, seeded and squished for a better word. Chopped onion and a little garlic- ok by taste a lot of garlic.Salt and pepper and a shot of chilli powder.
Mix them all together and stick them in the slow cooker forget about it and a few hours later we have tomato sauce, no fuss no muss.

Now the problem ?? No hamburg to make the meatballs with, Oh well it will keep a few more days!
