Down by the waterfront,.. Down by the water's edge

Our dock is only a few years old.. but it is scary. The water level is low and if you have a V shaped boat good luck trying to get in and out of that sucked with his dock sticking up 6'above the water surface. SO the city finally listened to boaters- you know those people that actually put their boat in the water. What did they come up with ? A two teared boat launch, The ramp and lower section is free floating depending on the height of the water. And just to top it off there is a swanky ladder that you can get from one dock surface to the other. Hmm wonder what the makeup cost was? Looks good but do you see anyone using it?
