Painted into a corner

We don't have to go out tonight right? Here I am I decided to leave a little pathway on the deck so we can come and go. Then I when one was almost dry I painted the walking area on the other. SO we are literally painted into the house. Not sure if I can get a second coat on and dry before the rain starts up again, It seems to be a race on time. Either the forecast is for rain and it never happens or the forecast is clear and there is a downpour, I can't win, but today I might be ahead of the game. We decided to put a semi transparent stain on the deck as the solid stain peels like heck, After the first coat it looks pretty good, one more should  do the trick, Better yet the stain was 1/2 price, YIPPY
