It was a fun filled day

I had the pleasure of touring through a home grown woolen mill.
The husband and wife team raise Alpacca's and along the way they started up their own mill. From washing, carding, spinning they do it all. Old mother runs the retail outlet filled with woolen articles she has knitted. It was amazing to see that the wife's experiment with a spinning talent lead to a full time job for the three. Not to mention a fibre mill in house. The enormous mass of the machinery is hard to contemplate, the ingenious machinery some hand crafted by husband contained in three small areas.. This was truly a family affair ....
