Wonderful display in Victoria, BC Parkide Hotel

There are many more to see this is merely a sampling ( no pun intended) the displays are made from gingerbread with an awful lot of icing and fondant. The Parkside has their display in a lower atrium with ponds and huge gold fish. The humidity is doing in the models and one was gone- I thought eaten but apparently in for repair because of the moisture degrading the display. SO my thought is why not make a plexiglas box to fit over each display and seal it from the environmental conditions. I can only train so many.
