We have this glass entrance to our home as the snow will settle by our front door. Almost 30 years ago we put in this glass enclosure made from patio door windows that were on the factory reject line. The Patio door itself came from a friend of Ben's who was getting rid of it from his home. The door was so heavy with it double paned glass and all metal frame. Finally the one pane of glass had moisture between the glass and then poof cracked. In those days safety glass was not a must. SO now what were we to do>> Another friend came along, she had removed the french door between the kitchen and dining area in her house. So I inherited it.
Ben twigged the old metal frame, built his door frame to set it into place and asap I will have to paint the frame the door is beautifully painted. So that was Ben's project of the day yesterday!
