What does one do when it is a little nippy out yonder. Knit 4 scarves, two hats and embroider a blanket with scraps.
I bought a little fleece blanket that was $2.99. It was on sale from $8.00. After closer inspection I thought I would have never paid the full price. I needed to add a little zip. I brought some fabric scraps from home. Took a segment of the pattern the " double wedding ring" and only did one segment making it a single ring. I had just enough scraps in various colors to make it somewhat presentable. As luck would have it ( ugh) I still have scraps left over- perhaps I should make a braided rug- for a mini doll house - the scraps are few and afar. I have bought only a tinkle of fabric, Sticking to my guns. But did you see the stash of yarn in my basket... I have a thought for them too!
