After many hours of top quilting I am getting towards the end, This only needs the bias tape applied, Maybe in cooler weather!. The quilt would fit a double bed or a nice allhanging.

GRR
Hubby began his day at 3 am for some unknown reason, He showered, opened up all the windows in the house, tramped around with a flashlight and then turn on every piece of electronics all with their own start up serenade.
One had no choice to wake up there was going to be no sleeping in this house! Of course he fell asleep on the couch while I was now wide awake. SO I got up and decided to water the lawn while the cheap electricity was to be had before 7 am. I had breakfast , dressed and stained some trim all before 6. The only thing that stopped me is that I ran out of stain! The house is now pristine, floors a shinny and countertops too. Time to sit awhile and knit.
Wonder where Mr is?? He of course went back to bed once I was fully awake
Going to be a long long day!

Just a wondering around
When I noticed some bee activity around my garden, low and behold my raspberries were making an appearance, that is if there are any left. I scooped up and devoured a handful. It is my routine to mow the lawn and nip at the ripen fruit.. As I was munching I noticed my grape vine has taken off, I hope that they are concord!! I had a little crop last year but with the sprinkles of rain and the heat I better start looking into how to make wine!! Moving on I smelled an unfamiliar smell and what did I see?? My lavender has taken off and 3 of the 5 plants I bought at the end of the season last year survived the winter with not much snow protection. I unburied them from my over grown tiger lily fence outlining the property. Hmm wonder what other surprises I will find!
