Plant this Poison Ivy..............
It is cheap, everywhere,loves crappy soil, and doesn't require any special attention.One swipe on an unsuspecting leg - rash, and itching appear almost instantly.The poison ivy plants loves sand based soil- of which I have plenty.
It is a quiet plant hidden below others and noxious as noxious can be.
BUT it is cheaper than fencing, doesn't need to be painted or stained and is best left.Cheap protection!
