 Getting ready for Xmas

Took a break from spinning

 just because I have gout.

But I don't need to use a foot pedal with my embroidery machine! 

Never ending!

 I spun up some green Romney then triple plied it.

Then I made the mistake at looking at my stash.

So many more bags of combed green to spin. I may be at it for awhile

Preparing for next Xmas

Made a table runner then found placemats that matched.

Ended up I have 6 runners when I was done.

Next Xmas teacher's and helper gifts. 

Where does the time go?

 Lots of projects completed. Just did this one. Drafted a painting from my quilt block.

Bought a dress and copied the pattern I haven't sewn on stretchy material before.

This was a tryout of my pattern and sewing.

Not too shabby. Friend gave me fabric.

What happens when the embroidery machine eats the towel.

You end up digging through your stash for a save.
