I went cruising

In the little town of Leesburg, fl where we are situated for the winter. I found their local library it is huge and beautiful. I wanted to do some research on dead relative and found an abundance of literature as well as online access to ancestry.com. I even had an offer of private consultation to help with my tasks, I am saving that as a wild card. Leading up to the library on the mainstreet there are pretty little shops, the streets are so clean and lined with folliage, each block of the center core you can hear pipped in music. I look highed and low, surely it was not all in my head, and finally found speakers on the ground small round green moulds.

Wondering off the beaten path I found the historical museum, An old building the museum is spread out on the first floor. It documents the early settlers, large amount of fishing spot in the area. As well you will see artifacts collected from the old Magnolia Hotel ( guest registration book and cabinets), Pharmacy implements ( weigh scales, measuring tools, mortz and petsels and pill bottles. Some period clothing as well as a singer sewing machine. For the electronic buffs, old telephones, fire alarm systems , period radios and not to be forgotten the glass tops from telephone poles that were protectors and conductors on the top of the lines

Now one would have to eat and this is going to be my next culinary delight

Run by good Samaritans you pay what you can.. Eat and enjoy and share a little of your religious upbringing etc. One would wonder how much trouble I could get into? This may be part 2 of my adventure

It happened

I made one quilt then I still had scraps left over from the first scrappy quilt and look what happened, another one!

I innocently opened a bag and what did I find?

Scraps, I managed to sew a few up today and will continue until I get some sort of a quilt out of it.
DO you think this is colorful enough?

Only need 19 more to go to make some sort of a quilt out of it

I had a ton of scrap and in trying to sew them up...............

Round about 3 this is a small 3 X 4 square, I am going to make a toddler sleep sack out of it. All I need is fleece for the back side, fold it in half and a zipper to zip the little guy in , and to top it off I thought I would quilt it with glow in the dark thread. Jennifer Low McEleney this will keep Ted in one spot and less likely to crawl out of bed and start breakfast all by himself
