We took a quick walk through and I snapped some pics 



There were ducks galore

Flowers peaking out and in full bloom

Stubborn Peacock at the Petting zoo that was not quite opened for the public yet. Of course after me cawing for 1/2 hr he heard his feed being poured and opened up his fantastic display

There were Shetland Ponies and Turkies ( I had never seen them spread their tail feathers what a display

Pacific ocean on Vancouver Island- Clover Pt Park

 

I snapped these pics just off of Oak Bay on Vancouver Island, as I turned toward the downtown area

you can see the cluster of houses in the distance. We saw several freighter off  shore but my little camera

is too small to do pics justice

Dead wood

What is one to do in Fernwood Village, Victoria . Here the telephone poles are decorated I am not sure by whom but the variation is large and wide. It must have been a great time twiddler by some talented budding artitst

I looked and found a youtube video that explains the procedure

While on a walk I noticed some favorite

Flowers in bloom along the trails of Fernwood Village that I tromp along each morning
Cherry blossoms to magnolias' and roses- Spring is in the air!

Shopping at Walmart in Victoria, BC I looked up way up...

It found a new home

Two views of the same quilt, done on the Bailey, Unfortunately I did not have room in the suitcase for all that I wanted to bring so part two will be at a later date

I am one of those that

I am on of those that sews up my stash but I just added to it. I have some that was donated to me I have not sewn up yet, I think I will be easily entertained for years!
