This is my chair and for some unbelievable circumstance I had left two long lines of ink at the base of the back as it meets the seat. I have no idea how I did it , but being my chair I must have!!
NO amount of hydrogen peroxide or vim, dishwashing soap, or rubbing alcohol worked. Then I found the nail polish remover hidden in a corner. Now I just had to pray that it would not eat through my leather chair. BOY that would be bad because they are no longer available. They were an unimaginable deal at best buy!!
SO I took a Q tip soaked it in nail polish and lightly scrubbed. My appeared a little lighter, I then got a little more brave. With many liberal coats of nail polish, high friction scrub and later a wash of clear water here we be . There is very little hint of my signature- best left for a generation or a great tale to tell- now I have to think of one!!
One more save thanks for the nail polish remover.

The Bunny that didn't hop
I had a cute little pattern and I was wondering what I would do with that scrap of felt that was soo heavy to do much with but I did find something!
This is supposedly a little treat bag however it will only take a few pieces of candy by this size. I have had this pattern for years and did not even remember where I got it from but here it is . Cute as a button!

Another bit of playing
Of course I am still at the lace making and here are some attempts
For certain all of them are some forms of art- but I am not sure what, more practice is needed. One day maybe it will all sink in , until then it is keeping me quiet

While I was playing
I decided to teach my self to hand spin , a skill I learned many moons ago.
I did bring my drop spindle with me and a lady gave me a quick tutorial and here I be.
And all those little piece of yarn are not to go to waste! Here they are the left over bits of felting roving that I have collected and felted around a bar of soap , Looks delicious but low calorie- tons of suds and perfect for the bathrooms
